Efficient and centralized management of recurring expenses

Moss offers a platform for centralized management and payment of all kinds of recurring expenses. Individual virtual credit cards provide an ideal method for managing monthly or yearly paid software subscriptions (e.g. AWS, Figma, Google Ads) as well as subscriptions for magazines or scientific journals. Furthermore, vendor-specific virtual credit cards with pre-set card limits are the perfect solution for regularily paying varying amounts to the same merchant (e.g. for online marketing campaigns).

In digital companies and marketing agencies as well as in many SMBs, the need for digital tools and online solutions is increasing continuously. Moss helps you to keep an overview whilst managing multiple subscriptions. We provide a platform for centralized and transparent management of recurring expenses (e.g. software subscriptions and online marketing campaigns). Moss enables you to issue individual virtual credit cards for every subscription to organize your regular expenses for singular users and vendors. This way, you can easily identify redundancies in your subscriptions and immediately freeze the according payments. Additionally, digital subscription management increases security by allowing you to create individual corporate credit cards for payments at every single vendor.

You can create individual subscription cards for any recurring expense in the "Subscriptions" section in your Moss account. Simply click "New Subscription Card" on the top right and add relevant information like vendor, card holder and budget. This way admins can directly create new virtual subscription cards, while employees can request approval for their individual cards. Once a subscription card has been created, it appears in the "Subscriptions"-dashboard as well as in the credit card overview in the "Cards" tab.

Payments that exceed the pre-set limit of a subscription card are blocked automatically and require additional approval from an admin or team-lead. If the individual card limit was set exactly according to the monthly subscription price, budgets can be readjusted within the twinkling of an eye in Moss to automatically continue the recurring payment. In case you don't want to keep the recurring expense running, you can simply deactivate and delete the corresponding virtual credit card in your Moss account.

Moss enables teams to collect all invoices for subscriptions, campaigns or other recurring payments in one place. Employees can hand-in incoming invoices by directly uploading the files in Moss or forwarding them by mail. Powerful OCR-scanning proceeds to extract all relevant data and assigns the invoice to the corresponding transaction in Moss.
